Make outbound calls to prospective B2B and B2C customers and generate sales leads.
Explain solar products, solutions, advantages, pricing, and financing options to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with field sales, technical, installation, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
