Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful candidate onboarding.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand manpower requirements and job descriptions from the hiring team.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely candidate joining and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in bulk hiring, IT, Non-IT, Blue Collar, or White Collar recruitment will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
