About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer – Front-End with around 1 year of experience to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web pages and interfaces.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web design, along with an eye for modern UI/UX.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop responsive web pages for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Convert UI/UX designs and concepts into clean, functional front-end interfaces.
- Work with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript to create and modify website pages.
- Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading and compatible across major browsers.
- Work closely with the UI/UX, development and marketing teams.
- Update and maintain existing website pages, landing pages and forms.
- Create attractive landing pages for marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Implement website banners, promotional sections, forms, pop-ups and other front-end elements.
- Identify and fix basic UI, layout and browser compatibility issues.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, spacing, layouts and overall brand guidelines.
- Optimize web pages for usability, performance and basic SEO requirements.
- Test designs across different screen sizes and browsers before deployment.

Required Skills

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript – Basic to Intermediate
- Responsive Web Design
- Bootstrap or similar CSS framework
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Basic knowledge of website design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Canva or Photoshop
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Basic understanding of website performance and SEO




- Ability to work with existing websites and modify front-end layouts

Good to Have

- Knowledge of React.js / Angular
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Experience creating landing pages
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Understanding of web analytics and conversion-focused design
- Experience working with fintech, financial services or e-commerce websites

Candidate Profile

- 1 year of hands-on experience in web designing/front-end development.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to visual details.
- Good understanding of contemporary website layouts and responsive design.
- Ability to convert designs into pixel-accurate web pages.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates with a portfolio of websites or landing pages will be preferred.

Qualification - Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Certification in Web Designing, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia or a related field.
