RolePatient Coordinator couples aur international patients ka main point of contact hoga — first enquiry se leke treatment, appointments, reports, follow-up aur journey complete hone tak.

- ResponsibilitiesPatient inquiries handle karna (call, WhatsApp, walk-in) — IVF, IUI, ICSI, egg/sperm donor, surrogacy related
- Consultation, scan, procedure aur follow-up appointments schedule karna
- Doctors, embryology/lab team aur front desk ke saath coordination
- Treatment process, timeline, documents aur basic package information clearly explain karna
- Patient files, consents, reports aur CRM/Excel records update rakhna
- International patients ke liye visa/document guidance aur coordination (as needed)
- Empathetic follow-up — show-up rate,



next-step reminders, query resolution
- Camps / OPD support jab required ho
- RequirementsGraduate (any stream). BAMS / BHMS / Hospital Admin / Nursing background plus point
- 1+ year experience in IVF clinic, fertility centre, hospital front office ya patient coordination
- Strong Hindi + English communication (spoken + written)
- Computer: Excel / Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, basic CRM
- Empathy, patience, confidentiality, organised nature
- Female candidates preferred (patient comfort in fertility setting)

Salary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (experience ke hisaab se) + incentives (as applicable)
