Job Overview

In this Semi-Voice role, you will handle both short customer calls and back-office digital communications (email/chat) to resolve cross-border banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Help international customers track, process, and verify global money transfers.

Assist users with transaction failures, refund requests, and account updates.

Verify KYC documents and identity details for financial compliance.

Handle customer queries via brief inbound calls and written tickets/chats.
