Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and customer-focused personality.
- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market will be an added advantage.
