- Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and configure IP Cameras, HD Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and CCTV accessories.
- Perform camera mounting, cabling, termination, and testing.
- Configure IP addresses, network settings, and remote viewing for CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, power supplies, cables, connectors, and other related equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure CCTV systems are working properly.
- Diagnose and resolve camera display, recording, connectivity, and storage-related issues.
- Configure CCTV systems for mobile and remote monitoring.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Technical Team for site installations and service activities.
- Prepare service reports and update the status of installation and maintenance work.
- Visit customer sites for installation,



breakdown, repair, and maintenance work.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper tools and equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers and explain basic system operation when required.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PoE switches, SMPS, and CCTV networking.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and networking.
- Ability to use basic electrical and technical tools.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
