Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Senior Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations for industrial valves, pumps, and mechanical seals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical engineering background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling customer inquiries, quotations, technical discussions, and order management within the industrial manufacturing sector.

- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable valve, pump, or mechanical seal solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team, engineering team, and customers for order execution.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.




- Support field sales engineers with technical and commercial information.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of industrial valves, pumps, mechanical seals, and related mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and customer accounts simultaneously.
- Good understanding of industrial processes and applications.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Mechanical Engineering Diploma with Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience in valves, pumps, mechanical seals, or related industrial products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
