Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent / Collection Executive

Department: Banking Collections & Recovery

Job Responsibilities

Contact customers through phone calls regarding pending loan or credit card payments.

Follow up with customers for overdue payments and outstanding dues.

Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment commitments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable communication.

Follow company policies and RBI guidelines during the recovery process.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate preferred.





Experience in banking collections or debt recovery preferred.

DRA / NDRA certified candidates can apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Immediate joiners preferred.
