- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and field visits regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers and explain pending dues, payment schedules, and available repayment options.
- Collect outstanding loan payments as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and follow-ups.
- Visit customer locations when required for payment collection and verification.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic payment-related concerns.
- Submit daily collection and visit reports to the supervisor.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.




- Coordinate with the team and update the status of overdue accounts.
- Follow company policies and legal guidelines during the recovery process.
- RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to handle targets and work independently.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
