Hiring: Telecaller

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Preference: Female candidates preferred

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and handle incoming calls when required.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales or support team regarding customer queries.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to make regular calls and maintain follow-ups.
