Hiring: Accounts Executive

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

- Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and account statements.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliation.
- Handle basic documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts and payment-related activities.
- Prepare regular accounting reports as required by management.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive/Accountant.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is preferred.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
