About the Job: We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Picker / Assistant to join our 2-wheeler spare parts and accessories distribution warehouse in Kolkata.

The candidate will be responsible for picking customer orders accurately, packing products, arranging stock and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick 2-wheeler spare parts and accessories according to customer orders.
- Check product name, part/accessory type, quantity and specifications before dispatch.
- Pack orders properly for dispatch.
- Arrange products systematically in their designated locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods.
- Receive incoming stock and assist in counting and checking quantities.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Assist in stock counting and physical inventory checks.
- Identify damaged, excess or misplaced stock and report it to the supervisor.
- Follow FIFO/stock rotation wherever applicable.
- Assist in preparing orders for dispatch to retailers, wholesalers and other customers.
- Maintain proper handling of helmets, cables, accessories, spare parts and other products.
- Follow warehouse safety and company procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification:



8th / 10th pass.
- Previous warehouse, godown, picker, packer or stock-handling experience will be preferred.
- Experience with automobile/2-wheeler spare parts will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.
- Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Basic ability to read product names/numbers is required.
- Basic knowledge of counting and handling stock is required.
- Candidates who have worked in an automobile spare-parts, hardware, electrical or FMCG distribution warehouse may also apply.

Preferred Candidate:

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

- Have worked in a godown/warehouse before.
- Can identify products quickly and accurately.
- Are comfortable handling large numbers of SKUs.
- Have experience with picking and packing customer orders.
- Are willing to take responsibility for stock and warehouse discipline.

Salary & Advantages:

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month depending on experience and suitability.
- Additional performance/attendance incentive may be provided based on company policy.
- Statutory benefits, wherever applicable, will be provided as per applicable rules.

Working Hours:

- Full-time warehouse position
- 10AM - 8PM, Monday to Saturday.
