- Manage and update daily saree catalogs for our B2B resellers and boutique owners across WhatsApp groups, Telegram, and Facebook.
- Handle daily postings and manage engagement on the company’s social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
- Communicate politely and promptly with B2B clients, assisting them with product inquiries, order updates, and tracking details.
- Draft basic promotional messages and assist with daily e-commerce and digital marketing workflows.
