- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.




- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets assigned by the company.
