- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery such as shredders, sieving machines, conveyors, dryers, compressors, pumps, and packing machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
- Inspect machines regularly and identify abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, leakage, or wear.
- Replace and repair bearings, belts, chains, couplings, motors, gearboxes, sensors, valves, and other components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, starters, contactors, relays, and control systems.
- Carry out routine lubrication, alignment, tightening, cleaning, and adjustment.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare-parts records,



and preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production operators to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure maintenance activities follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
- Monitor critical spare parts and inform the supervisor when replacements are required.
- Assist in improving machine reliability, energy efficiency, and production performance.
- Keep the maintenance workshop and tools properly organized.
- Train operators on basic machine care and protected operating practices when required.
