Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve processes, manage teams, and ensure smooth and efficient execution across functions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily operational activities and workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor operations teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and SOPs.
- Track team performance, productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
- Prepare and monitor operational reports, MIS, and performance metrics.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.




- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
- Support management in achieving operational and business objectives.
- Requirements4–7 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MIS, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, LegalTech, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
