SALES EXECUTIVE – MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

Hardcore Field Sales Role

Company: Choice Mediquip / Om Healthcare Solutions

Location: Hyderabad / Telangana

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + TA/DA + Sales Incentives

This is a hardcore field sales position.

Candidates must be confident and willing to:

• Approach and meet Anaesthesiologists, Surgeons and other Doctors in hospitals

• Visit OT Departments, Radiology/X-Ray Departments and other clinical areas as permitted by the hospital

• Regularly interact with OT Technicians, X-Ray/Radiology Technicians, Biomedical Engineers, Purchase and Administration teams

• Visit new hospitals and customers independently and generate enquiries

• Work in the field for the minimum daily working hours prescribed by the company

• Complete the required minimum number of customer calls/visits every day

• Follow the company's daily tour plan, reporting, CRM and field-working guidelines

• Consistently follow up enquiries and work towards monthly sales targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily hospital and customer visits

• New enquiry and lead generation

• Product presentation and demonstration coordination

• Follow-up of enquiries, quotations and orders

• Develop relationships with doctors, technicians and hospital decision-makers

• Update all enquiries and follow-ups in CRM

• Submit daily field activity reports

• Achieve assigned call, enquiry and sales targets

• Coordinate with Operations and Service teams for order execution

ELIGIBILITY

• Any Graduate / Diploma

• 1–3 years field sales experience preferred

• Medical Equipment / Surgical / Pharma / Diagnostics / Healthcare experience is an advantage

• Positive communication and confidence in approaching new customers

• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred

• Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
