We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can understand a brand's identity, transform ideas into engaging visual content, and create premium-quality designs and videos for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, typography, composition, motion, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit professional brand videos, social media reels, promotional videos, advertisements, corporate videos, and short-form content.
- Edit videos captured through real shoots/cameras/phones and transform raw footage into polished, engaging content.
- Understand the content, script, voice-over, and objective before starting the edit.
- Create video edits according to the voice, mood, message, and target audience.
- Use professional transitions, sound design, music, subtitles, effects, color correction, and pacing.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and campaign creatives.
- Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated text, logos, icons, and visual effects wherever required.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all video content.
- AI Video GenerationCreate and enhance video content using AI video generation and AI creative tools.
- Convert concepts, scripts, and ideas into visually compelling AI-generated video sequences.
- Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, animation, voice enhancement, background creation, visual effects, and creative experimentation.
- Combine AI-generated footage with real-shot footage to create premium brand content.




- Stay updated with emerging AI video and creative-generation tools.
- Graphic DesignDesign creative content for social media, advertisements, websites, campaigns, presentations, and branding.
- Create premium-quality social media posts, banners, thumbnails, ad creatives, carousels, promotional graphics, and marketing materials.
- Understand typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, color theory, and visual balance.
- Create designs according to the brand's personality and communication objective.
- Maintain a consistent and elegant visual identity across different platforms.
- What We Are Looking For1–2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating actual professional work.
- Excellent understanding of content-driven design and video editing.
- Ability to understand a script, brief, or voice-over and decide how the visuals should communicate the message.
- Strong sense of elegance, aesthetics, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas rather than simply following templates.
- Good understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Ability to work with both real-shot footage and AI-generated content.
- Understanding of social media content formats and current visual trends.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve the creative output accordingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the marketing and creative team.

Candidates are not required to know every tool. Strong creative ability, visual understanding, and the ability to learn new tools are more important.
