Job Title: SEO Analyst / Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented SEO Analyst/Executive to plan, implement, and optimize search engine strategies that boost our organic visibility and drive qualified traffic. This hybrid role combines the deep analytical thinking of an SEO Analyst with the hands-on execution and tactical management of an SEO Executive. You will be the go-to expert for improving our website’s search performance and turning data into actionable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- SEO Strategy & AnalysisConduct comprehensive keyword research, clustering, and content gap analysis to uncover new ranking opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data (schema).
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and benchmark our site against industry leaders.
- Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics (e.g., organic sessions, rankings, click-through rates, conversions, index coverage) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies swiftly to maintain and improve performance.

SEO Execution & Management

- Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings (H1-H6), URL structures, internal links, and content relevance.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new pages and existing content.
- Maintain and update XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and redirects as needed.




- Execute and track link-building and digital PR strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Create and manage monthly SEO reports, presenting insights to stakeholders and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations) if applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, or web analytics.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript fundamentals, with the ability to work alongside developers.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and at least one SEO crawler (e.g., Screaming Frog).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate numbers into explicit, actionable strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose traffic drops or indexing issues and implement effective fixes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and SEO workflows simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords/SEO, or HubSpot SEO.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
