- Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines/equipment.
- Attend breakdown complaints and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify mechanical and electrical problems and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with customers and understand their technical requirements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of service activities.
- Support the after-sales service team and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the design/production team whenever technical support is required.
- Travel to customer locations as per service requirements.
