Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice Process

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice processes. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through voice calls, chat, email, and other digital channels.

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.

- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

- Ensure timely follow-up and proper resolution of customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications.

- Customer-oriented attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
