*Manage patient onboarding, follow-ups, and coordination.

*Drive patient conversions, retention, and revenue growth.

*Maintain CRM, reports, and market intelligence.

*Ensure SOP, compliance, and ethical standards.

* Doctors engaged and newly onboarded

* Patient referrals and conversions

* Incremental D2P, doctors, hospitals, companies, institutions, consultants, and patient coordinators revenue

* Reporting & CRM compliance

* SOP and compliance adherence

Qualification & Experience

* Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, specialty therapies, D2P, or business development.
