About the role

Harsh Solanki is one of India's fast-growing Hinglish creators — business, marketing, and personal finance turned into binge-worthy content across Instagram and YouTube (~5.5L+ combined, "Mission 1M" underway). We're looking for a Creative Director to own the creative soul of the content, from first idea to final cut. This isn't just editing or scripting — it's about taste and direction.

What you'll do

- Define and protect the creative vision so every video feels unmistakably ours.
- Plan the content slate: hooks, angles, series ideas, formats.
- Direct scripts and storyboards — from the 3-second hook to the payoff.
- Lead editors, writers, and shooters with specific,



actionable feedback.
- Build distinct treatments for short-form and long-form.
- Integrate AI-native production tools into the workflow.
- Use data and instinct to double down on what works.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in content/creative direction, video, or advertising (creator-economy experience a big plus).
- Deep feel for Hinglish content and the Indian audience.
- Mastery of short-form storytelling: retention, pacing, hooks.
- Robust taste and opinions, balanced with collaboration.
- Bonus: comfort with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs), or hunger to learn.
- Based in Indore or willing to relocate.

What we're not looking for

- A "manager" who only assigns tasks — we want a maker and a leader.
- An ego that can't take feedback.
