Position: HR Recruiter – Domestic Staffing

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry. The candidate should have experience handling domestic recruitment and closures across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment from sourcing to joining.

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia and other portals.

Handle multiple industry requirements and manage bulk hiring positions.

Conduct candidate screening, coordination, follow-ups and interview scheduling.

Drive candidates towards successful joining and closure.





Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for hiring requirements.

Achieve assigned joining/closure targets.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Staffing/Recruitment Industry experience is mandatory.

Proven experience in domestic recruitment and candidate closures.

Experience working on multiple industries/processes preferred.

Strong sourcing, screening and candidate coordination skills.

Positive communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently in a Work From Home setup.
