nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.n
- Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.n
- Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions.n
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.n
- Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement,



and other support teams for seamless operations.n
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.n
- Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.n
- Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations.n
- Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always.n

nEligibility:

- n
- Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).n
- Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.n
- Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferredn
