Scope of Responsibilities:
The Assistant Coordinator of the Office of Academic Operations (OAO), reporting to the Assistant Manager of OAO, is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the Office of Academic Operations. In addition to the daily support to academic queries from instructors and student advisors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Is responsible for regularly maintaining the records for the team of the various activities that are performed termly
• Answers basic instructor emails; provides responses to basic inquiries, reminders, and advice ranging from a variety of topics (e.g. points of contact)
