We are looking for friendly and energetic Counter Staff / Sales Associates to join our team.

- Responsibilities:Welcome customers and take orders
- Explain our menu and recommend products to customers
- Generate bills and handle POS billing
- Collect cash / digital payments accurately
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders properly
- Serve brownies, desserts, ice creams and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
- Ensure the outlet is ready before opening
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for customer orders
- Handle customers politely and professionally
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
- Support the outlet team during busy hours
- What we are looking for:Good communication and customer-service skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of English/Tamil
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café workplace
- Freshers are welcome
