Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding product loan offerings.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain high service standards.
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil are mandatory.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, finance, or loan sales is an added advantage.
