About Societrack

Societrack is a property financial-management platform designed for apartment societies, rental properties, PGs and hostels. It helps customers manage collections, income, expenses, pending amounts, records and financial reports through a simple digital platform.

We are currently expanding our customer base in Hyderabad and are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join us.

Who We Are Looking For

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in:

- Apartment/Society Management Software
- Property Management Software
- PropTech
- PG/Hostel Management Software
- Rental Property Software
- Real Estate SaaS / B2B SaaS

Candidates with experience at companies such as MyGate, NoBrokerHood, ADDA, ApnaComplex or similar property-tech companies are strongly preferred.

- ResponsibilitiesVisit apartments, societies, rental-property owners, PGs and hostels across Hyderabad.
- Identify and meet property owners, secretaries, treasurers,



committee members and other decision-makers.
- Demonstrate the Societrack application to potential customers.
- Understand how customers currently manage their finances and explain how Societrack can simplify the process.
- Generate leads, conduct demos and regularly follow up with prospects.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, demos and conversions.
- Collect useful market/customer feedback and communicate it to the team.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant field-sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling property-management, society-management or related SaaS products will be given priority.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu communication required; English/Hindi is an advantage.
- Comfortable travelling locally across Hyderabad.
- Comfortable demonstrating software using a mobile/tablet.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
