About the RoleSattyda Tech is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Junior Sales Executives to join our sales team.

You will be responsible for finding potential customers, making outbound calls, explaining our software and digital solutions, following up with prospects, generating demo opportunities and converting prospects into successful sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential business customers.
- Generate and maintain a database of prospects.
- Make 40+ outbound calls per day.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Explain our software and digital solutions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product advantages.
- Schedule product demonstrations.
- Assist the Sales Head/Business Head during demos when required.
- Handle basic customer objections.
- Convert prospects into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM/Google Sheet records.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports.
- Attend scheduled team meetings and performance reviews.

Daily Performance ExpectationsCandidates will be expected to work towards:

- 50+ new prospects researched/added per day
- 40+ outbound calls per day
- 15+ follow-ups per day
- Qualified lead generation
- Demo appointment generation
- Regular CRM/database updates
- Daily sales reporting

Performance benchmarks may be revised according to business requirements.

- Candidate RequirementsGood verbal communication skills.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Confident speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.




- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working from home.
- Freshers can apply.
- Telesales, telecalling, sales or business development experience is an advantage.

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Sunday – Weekly Off

Breaks:

- Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Short Break: 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM
- Short Break: 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM

Salary & Incentives:

First 30 Days – Provisional Period

- Fixed Provisional Compensation: ₹4,000/month
- 12.5% Sales Commission on the total sale amount actually received by the company, including applicable GST.
- Can be extended till 3 Months if performance is not as expected

After Successful Confirmation

- Fixed Monthly Compensation: ₹8,000/month
- 25% Sales Commission on the total sale amount actually received by the company, including applicable GST.

Commission is applicable only on verified and approved successful sales.

What is a Successful Sale?A sale is considered successful only when:

- Customer payment has been received.
- Payment has been verified by the company.
- Sale is correctly recorded against the employee.
- Company has approved the transaction as valid.

Interest, demo completion, quotation/proposal, verbal confirmation or promised payment alone will not be considered a successful sale.
