Job Opportunity: Corporate Psychologist / Counsellor (Part-Time)Location: Manikonda, Telangana

Engagement: 4–5 hours per week (once a week)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Psychologist/Counsellor to provide one-on-one mental health consultations to employees at a corporate office in the Manikonda area of Telangana.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in Psychology.
- Willingness to visit the corporate office once a week for 4–5 hours.
- Fluency in English and the regional language.
- Previous corporate counselling experience is preferred.
- Solid computer skills, particularly in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Experience working with individuals across different generations, with a particular focus on Millennials and Gen Z.
- Ability to address a wide range of workplace mental health and emotional well-being concerns.
- Experience working with mid-sized or large IT organizations will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

An experienced psychologist or counsellor with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to provide effective mental health support in a corporate environment.
