Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to join our team across multiple locations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in an international customer support environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, emails, and/or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.




- RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interact confidently with international customers.
- Comfortable working in rotational/international shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the role requirements.
- Candidates should be willing to work from office in Bangalore.
