Logistics & Accounts Manager — Synergy Exports

Synergy Exports is a Pune-based home textiles export house with 15+ years in the business, shipping to South America, East Asia, Europe, the Gulf, and the USA. We're hiring someone to take full ownership of logistics and accounts across our export and purchase transactions — from the moment goods leave a vendor's factory to the moment payment is realized.

What you'll do:

- Handle logistics on both ends: coordinate cargo movement from vendor factories to the port (pickup, domestic transport, loading/stuffing), and manage export-side bookings, ETDs/ETAs, and shipping documentation
- Deal directly with CHAs, transporters, and shipping lines to keep cargo and paperwork moving
- Handle banking and paperwork end to end — LC documentation, remittances, BRC, and submitting shipping documents to the bank for realization




- Track export receivables, manage supplier payments, reconcile costs, and prepare MIS reports

Why it's interesting: this isn't a desk-only role — you'll be involved in the full chain from vendor to port to bank, across multiple countries, currencies, and product categories, with real ownership and visibility into how the business runs end-to-end.

What we're looking for: experience in export/import logistics (including vendor-side coordination), trade documentation, banking paperwork, or accounts; solid Excel skills; sharp attention to detail; and a problem-solver's mindset.
