- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches system/register records.
- Check incoming material for quantity, quality, and damages.
- Arrange products systematically for easy identification and movement.
- Prepare and verify dispatch material, invoices, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned person about shortage or fast-moving items.
- Conduct regular stock counting and inventory verification.
- Ensure proper packaging and protected handling of electrical products.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Handle loading/unloading activities and coordinate with transporters when required.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and other warehouse issues to management.
