Core Responsibilities

- Staff Training: Train and supervise housekeeping teams on SOPs, deep-cleaning techniques, and professional etiquette.
- Operations: Manage turnover schedules and coordinate with maintenance for any necessary repairs.
- Inventory: Oversee stock levels for linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in housekeeping supervision (Hotels/Real Estate/Hospitality).
- Skills: Solid eye for detail, leadership abilities, and basic reporting skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and valid license for inter-property travel.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.
