Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit customer locations for meetings and business development when required.
- Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and business opportunities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and internet applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits when required.
- Knowledge of the Pune market will be an advantage.
