Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to generate leads, interact with prospective customers, and convert them into new Demat & Trading account holders.

The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain our trading and investment services, assist customers with the online account-opening process, and ensure the account is activated with the required minimum margin/funding.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake minimum 200 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Explain the benefits and features of Demat & Trading Accounts.
- Generate customer interest through effective telephone communication.




- Target a minimum 5% daily conversion rate from the assigned calling database.
- Assist interested customers with the online Demat account opening/KYC process.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not completed their account opening.
- Ensure newly opened accounts are activated and funded with the applicable minimum margin amount, in accordance with company requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and account activations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations/KYC team to resolve customer queries and complete pending documentation.
- Build and maintain a robust relationship with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Adhere to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements while communicating with customers.
