2. ABOUT THE ROLE

IWLD is looking for a Technical Coordinator to be the bridge between the IWLD team and its technical third-party vendors — the person who makes sure vendor work actually gets done, on time and correctly, before it goes back to management.

This is fundamentally an FCD role — Follow-up, Coordination and Documentation. You will chase vendors to close out work as fast as possible, exactly as directed by management, and you will not report a task as complete until you have personally checked that nothing has been missed.

Alongside vendor coordination, you will be the team's first point of contact for technical queries — particularly CRM-related issues — so you need to genuinely understand the technical side well enough to solve problems, not just pass messages back and forth.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Vendor Follow-Up & Coordination

- Coordinate directly with IWLD's technical third-party vendors on assigned work, following management's instructions and priorities.
- Follow up with vendors persistently to get work completed as fast as possible — chasing timelines, unblocking delays, and keeping pressure on open items.
- Track every vendor task from assignment to closure,

keeping a clear record of what's pending, in progress, and completed.

B. Completeness Checks Before Reporting to Management

- Before marking any vendor task as done, personally check the work for completeness — confirm nothing has been missed, skipped, or left half-done.
- Only report a task to management as finished once it has passed this check — never pass along a vendor's claim of completion without verifying it first.
- Flag any gaps, inconsistencies or incomplete work back to the vendor for correction before escalating to management.

C. Team Technical Query Resolution (CRM-focused)

- Act as the team's go-to person for technical queries, with a particular focus on CRM-related issues.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems directly where possible, rather than simply routing every query to a vendor or to Systems.
- Escalate to the relevant vendor or the internal Technology team only when an issue is genuinely outside what can be resolved directly.

D. Documentation

- Maintain transparent documentation of vendor communications, task status, and issue resolutions for every case handled.
- Keep records organised and accessible so status can be reported to management at any time without needing to chase the vendor again.
- Note recurring vendor issues or delays and share the pattern with the Reporting Manager so it can be addressed at a process level.

5. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have

- A technical educational background is preferred.
- Comfortable understanding technical matters broadly and troubleshooting problems, not just relaying them.
- Strong follow-up discipline — persistent about chasing vendors and tasks to closure without needing to be reminded.
- Meticulous — checks work for completeness before reporting it as done.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and resolving CRM-related technical queries for the team.
- Clear communication in English and Hindi, comfortable coordinating with external vendors and internal team members alike.

Good to Have

- Prior experience coordinating with third-party vendors or IT/technical service providers.
- Familiarity with ticketing or task-tracking systems for logging and following up on work.
- Fresh BTech/Diploma graduates with strong problem-solving instincts and fast learning ability are also welcome to apply.

6. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

- Vendor tasks close out quickly, with minimal back-and-forth, because follow-up is consistent and persistent.
- Nothing reaches management with gaps — completeness checks catch issues before they're reported as done.
- The team's CRM/technical queries get resolved quickly and correctly, reducing dependence on vendors for simple issues.
- Documentation is clear enough that any task's status can be reported instantly, without needing to re-check with the vendor.
