HOUSEKEEPING & ROOM ATTENDANT

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, responsible, and service-oriented Housekeeping & Room Attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and assigned areas. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring rooms and facilities are clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas.

- Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.

- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces and flooring.

- Replenish toiletries, drinking water, and other guest supplies.

- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and maintained according to hotel standards.

- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.

- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.

- Follow all housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.





- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.

- Assist with deep cleaning and special housekeeping tasks when required.

- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant work is preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning duties.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

- Professional attitude with a strong focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
