Hiring: Real Estate Sales Associate

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000/month + Uncapped Incentives

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and connect with potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property/site visits and handle follow-ups.

Explain pricing, payment plans, and offers.

Maintain customer relationships and sales records.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.

Good Tamil & English communication.

Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills.

Willingness to travel for site visits.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
