Operations & Support Executive (E-Commerce) – Flanq Retail

Location: Remote / Hybrid (India)

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience: 1.5-2 years, preferred in e-commerce ops / logistics support, Or you should be a fast learner

Salary: ₹17000–₹2000/month

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of our order fulfillment and post-order customer experience — working directly with our tools and partners (like Shiprocket) to keep things smooth, fast, and under control.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Schedule shipments on Logistics as new orders come in
- Share labels with our warehouse team for timely dispatch
- Monitor and handle RTOs proactively — check status, take preventive actions
- Manage NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) daily: contact customers, update Logistics
- Create escalation tickets on Logistics
- for delayed shipments, RTO mishandling, and delivery issues
- Handle basic customer support (email / WhatsApp): respond to queries, resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth operations

You Should Have

- Hands-on experience with Logistics,



or willingness to learn fast
- Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics & COD operations
- Solid attention to detail and follow-ups
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Reliability — we value consistency more than clocked hours
- Daily NDR Calls And Order Related Calls

Bonus If You’ve Done This Before

- Worked in a D2C brand or with Shopify stores
- Handled RTO, NDR, and shipping escalations
- Used WhatsApp Business or support tools like Freshdesk, DelightChat, etc.
