Key Responsibilities
- Pick fish, seafood and other products as per customer orders.
- Pack products accurately as per the required quantity and cutting/packing instructions.
- Check product quality, quantity and freshness before packing.
- Count and verify daily stock and inventory.
- Maintain proper inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery team for timely dispatch.
- Ensure orders are ready and handed over correctly to delivery personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing and working area.
- Handle fish, seafood and other non-vegetarian products comfortably.
- Follow company hygiene, food-handling and safety procedures.
- Support other operational activities when required.
