Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to ensure product quality and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials, in-process production and finished products.
- Perform quality checks as per specifications and quality standards.
- Identify defects, quality issues and process deviations.
- Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality records.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 5 Why.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
