Job Title: Store & Warehouse ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store & Warehouse Executive to manage material receiving, storage, inventory records, inward/outward movements, and coordination with internal departments. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of ERP/Tally/Excel and preferably experience in handling electrical, automation, and mechanical materials.

- Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials and verify quantity, part numbers, specifications, and condition against Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain Material Inward/GRN records and other store-related documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward movements.
- Update stock/inventory records regularly in Tally, ERP, or Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortage, excess, or required materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Production,



and Project teams regarding material availability.
- Issue materials as per approved requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure safe handling and proper storage of electrical, automation, mechanical components, tools, and other materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic warehouse/store area.
- Track material movement and ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward transactions.
- Support stock reconciliation and provide inventory reports whenever required.
- Ensure proper care and security of company materials and store assets.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI/Diploma/Graduate preferred.
- Tally/ERP is required.
- Previous experience in Store/Warehouse/Dispatch/Inventory will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of material inward/outward and stock management.
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and automation components will be an advantage.
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work systematically.
