Key Responsibilities (Kaam aur Zimmedariyan)

- Raw Material Inspection: Jooto me use hone wale leather, fabric, sole, aur dhaage (thread) ki quality check karna.
- In-Process Quality Check: Cutting, stitching (silai), aur assembling ke waqt dhyan rakhna ki shoes sahi standard ke hisab se ban rahe hain ya nahi.
- Final Product Inspection: Tayar jooto me finishing, pasting (gond/chipkav), sizing, color matching, aur stitching ke defects ko pakadna.
- Defect Reporting: Daily rejection aur defects ki report banakar Quality Manager ya Production Head ko dena.
- Corrective Action: Production team ko defects ke baare me turant batana taaki aage wahi galti na ho.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

- Education: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI ya Footwear Designing / Leather Technology me diploma (preferred).
- Experience: Footwear industry me Quality Checking ka 1 se 3 saal ka experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Jooto ki banaawat, material types (Leather, PU, Canvas), aur common defects ki acchi samajh.
- Key Skills: Choti se choti galti pakadne ki nazar (Eye for detail), basic reporting, aur team work.
