Job SummaryWe are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in civil construction, interior execution and renovation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality, timelines and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily civil, interior and renovation works at site.
- Execute work as per drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other agencies.
- Monitor quality, workmanship and finishing at every stage.
- Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.
- Plan daily activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate material procurement and site deliveries.
- Maintain site records, measurements, work progress and daily reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with designers/architects for solutions.
- Ensure proper safety, housekeeping and site discipline.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams when required.
- Minimize material wastage and support effective cost control.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
- Practical knowledge of renovation and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, measurements and BOQ.
- Good contractor and manpower management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Candidate ProfileDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in residential construction, premium interiors and renovation projects preferred.
- Should be willing to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
- Strong focus on quality, timelines and execution.
