Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Printer Technician & Toner Refilling Technician to handle printer servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and toner cartridge refilling. The candidate should have practical knowledge of laser and inkjet printers and be comfortable working at customer locations when required.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair laser, inkjet, multifunction, and office printers.
- Troubleshoot printing, paper-jam, connectivity, scanning, and hardware issues.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and printer servicing.
- Refill and replace toner cartridges professionally.
- Clean toner cartridges and printer components and replace worn-out parts when required.
- Test cartridges after refilling to ensure proper print quality.
- Install and configure printers, drivers, and basic network connectivity.
- Maintain records of service calls, repairs, toner refilling,



and replaced parts.
- Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance, and repair work when required.
- Handle tools, spare parts, and service equipment responsibly.
- Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in printer repair and toner cartridge refilling preferred.
- Basic knowledge of printer hardware, electronics, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows printer installation and driver configuration.
- Ability to identify printer faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
- Valid driving license preferred for field-service roles.
