We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our store and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the entire store operations and sales performance.
- Attend to customers, understand their requirements and drive conversions.
- Call existing and potential customers to generate sales and repeat purchases.
- Handle online orders from the store, including picking, packing and dispatch.
- Manage inventory, stock inward/outward, replenishment and stock accuracy.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Handle billing, POS operations and basic store administration.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with the central team for stock, orders and operational requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is sales-oriented, energetic, customer-friendly and comfortable taking complete ownership of a store, including both offline and online operations.
