PROJECT MANAGER

Greater Noida | Yamuna Expressway

We’re Looking For a Project Leader, Not Just a Project Manager.

We are looking for a energetic Project Manager who can take ownership of the project end-to-end — from planning and execution to people, cost, quality, timelines, and final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Take complete ownership of day-to-day project execution and performance.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
3. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
4. Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
5. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps and drive timely corrective action.
6. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
7. Maintain strong control over project costs and minimize avoidable expenses.
8. Conduct regular review meetings and provide clear MIS/progress reports to management.
9. Coordinate with Purchase, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, HR, and other support functions.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and company standards.
11. Maintain project documentation, records, approvals, and reporting.

Build a culture of accountability, discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.
13. Act as the key point of coordination between the site/project team and senior management.
14. THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
15. Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
16. 8–10 years of proven project management experience.
17. Strong experience in handling teams, vendors, contractors, timelines, and budgets.
18. Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
19. Strong command of MS Excel, MIS, reporting, and project tracking tools.
20. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
21. Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive teams and get things done.
22. Candidates with experience in highway projects, hospitality, commercial projects, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale operations will be preferred.
